CIO Systems of Silicon Valley, LLC was established in 2003 to address the lack of proactive IT solutions for high-tech start-ups. We began by partnering with Linda Kellogg and her company, Startup Resources. Linda's company provided accounting, HR and admin services to over 100 start-ups during the dot-com boom of the late 90's and early 2000's, but they could not find the right fit for providing outsourced IT services to their clients. That is when they called Mike Gill and John Gallagher. Mike and John had run several successful IT turn-arounds, most notably at NetManage Corp. during its hyper-growth period in the early 90's. Since 2003 they have been involved in countless successful projects and have been referred and re-referred by current and former clients because of their knowledge, responsiveness and delivery of successful projects.
